BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Tracts of land located between East Main Street and McCallie Avenue, and between Holtzclaw Avenue and Willow Street as set forth on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein. from R-1 Residential Zone, R-3 Residential Zone, R-4 Special Zone, C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone, M-1 Manufacturing Zone, M-2 Light Industrial Zone, and M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone to the zones shown on the attached map which is incorporated herein by reference. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. That the property to be rezoned to R-4 Special Zone located at the southeast corner of Holly Street and Bailey Avenue be restricted to office use only. 2. All existing easements are retained.
